Welcome to Lumina Skill. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lumina Skill website (luminaskill.com), mobile applications, and online learning platform (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using any part of our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features and purchase courses, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

4. Course Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) for users in India and US Dollars (USD) for international users. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect already purchased courses.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• UPI (India only)
• Digital Wallets (PayPal, Paytm, etc.)
• EMI options (subject to eligibility)

4.3 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For Indian users, GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 18% will be added to the course price. International users may be subject to local taxes based on their jurisdiction.

5. License and Access

5.1 License Grant

Upon purchasing a course, Lumina Skill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

5.2 Access Duration

Unless otherwise specified, course access is granted for a lifetime once purchased. However, "lifetime" access means for as long as the course exists on our Platform and we continue to operate.

5.3 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
• Record, screen capture, or create derivative works from courses
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any course content
• Use automated tools to access or download content
• Circumvent any access controls or DRM protections

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Lumina Skill or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Lumina Skill name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Lumina Skill. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Engage in academic dishonesty or cheating

8. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course (meeting all requirements including assessments), you may receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued based on the successful completion criteria set for each course.

Certificates are for personal use and professional development purposes. While we strive to provide high-quality education, certificates from Lumina Skill do not guarantee employment or academic credit at other institutions unless specifically stated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The content is accurate, complete, or current
• The courses will meet your specific requirements or expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMINA SKILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumina Skill, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumina Skill regarding the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.
