Lumina Skill is a digital learning platform that delivers all courses and educational content electronically. This Delivery Policy explains how we provide access to your purchased courses and learning materials.

Digital Delivery Only

All our products are delivered digitally through our online platform. We do not ship any physical materials unless specifically mentioned in the course description. Instant access is provided upon successful payment.

1. Course Access Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • Immediate access to the purchased course(s) in your dashboard
  • Confirmation email with order details and access instructions
  • Receipt/Invoice for your purchase (downloadable from your account)

3. How to Access Your Courses

Step-by-Step Access

  1. Log in to your Lumina Skill account at luminaskill.com
  2. Navigate to "My Learning" or "My Courses" from the dashboard
  3. Find your purchased course(s) in the list
  4. Click "Start Learning" or "Continue" to begin
  5. Track your progress through the course dashboard

For subscription plans, delivery includes:

  • Access to new courses added during your subscription period

8. Optional Physical Delivery

While Lumina Skill is primarily digital, we offer optional physical materials for select courses:

8.1 Hard Copy Certificates

  • Available as optional add-on for additional fee
  • Printed on premium paper with embossed seal
  • Delivery within India: 7-14 business days
  • International delivery: 14-21 business days
  • Shipping charges apply based on location

8.2 Course Kits (Select Courses)

Some specialized courses may include physical kits (e.g., electronics, art supplies). Delivery terms will be specified on the course page. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with accessing your purchased courses:

  • Payment confirmed but no access: Wait 15 minutes, then contact support
  • Course not showing in dashboard: Log out and log back in, clear browser cache
  • Video playback issues: Check internet connection, try different browser
  • Certificate not generated: Ensure all course requirements are completed
